Things are coming along… all in good time… in the process… there is a tendancy in me to want to RUSH through life…to get things done… and then I can rest… LOL … this part of me usually takes over when I am trying too hard to make something happen. To control the outcome.

One of the things Meditation has taught me is to be able to Slow down…. to be more at ease in my body and with myself and to be kinder to me and my shortcomings.

A few weekends ago when the weather was beautiful I went down to the bottom of my garden to do some video-ing… I thought it was perfect… I thought I had got a good bit of filming done. Whilst watching it back on the editing program, it became clear that all was not perfect…. LOL… During my meditation and unbeknown to me…. My neighbours children had grown curious as to who was “shooting videos” in our back garden (we share the 20 acres that I live on) and had come down to check it out… they came right up behind me in the video… 🙂 there faces concerned and curious. LOL wonderful footage and now not at all useable, as I cant have them on film and I cant block them out or edit them out of the picture. So I ask is the Universe playing a joke on me? what is going on?

Do you ever feel that way????

This weekend just gone, another brilliant Winter’s day in Adelaide… Again I make the trek down to the bottom of the garden, this time telling the Neighbours….. all is well.  Great footage except for a few FREAK gusts of Wind….that do not make it work and sound terrible…

My sense of humour helped me to laugh at this and enjoy having fun with the editing…so I cut and chopped, added pictures and titles and had a wow of a time playing with this video that also cant be used. LOL…

No questions this time. I am thinking its all character building for me…. I learned that I cant make this video perfect, no matter how I try and that the weather in Adelaide is a little too wintry at the moment. So I think back to my goal/vision… which is to Connect people in Meditation and think my plan now is to invite a few people to my home and meditate and video this session.

Since doing the draft for this I have been able to get to Rocky Paddock in the Mt Crawford Forrest… a truly magical place… and guess WHAT… 🙂 some Four wheel drivers decided to make a racket…driving up and down whilst I was 3/4 way through filming. I decided to carry on and continued to deepen in the meditation and completely let their “noise” go.  Life is like that sometimes…there is sometimes lots going on around you and noise that isn’t yours can interrupt you…. unless you don’t let it.  A friend of mine said something  the other day… it was… “Not my circus. Not my monkeys”… I love this….:) especially because I relate so well to Monkeys LOL.

Anyways the very biggest surprise of all is that on replaying the video back on the editing program… You can’t hear the noise of the cars at all (Miracles)… So this film is usable…. AT LAST… one I can use. 🙂 so stay tuned for the downloads… happening soon.. I hope. 🙂
